Abstract
We have recorded THz spectra for prepared samples of Bovine Rhodopsin. These spectra have been used to generate difference spectra in order to look for evidence of the structural transformation which occurs in this molecule after illumination with light in the wavenlength range 500nm-800nm ©2006 IEEE.
