Abstract
Reviews statute and case law from the UK, US and EU on various ways in which company directors can be held liable for cartel activity, namely: (1) common law liability for deceit; (2) implied obligations of good faith and covert deception; (3) director disqualification orders and directors' duty of care; (4) proceeds of crime; and (5) the single economic unit doctrine.
