Abstract
This work was made during lockdown 2020. It investigates the way the mind's health and its pre-occupations fluctuate quite wildly when daily routines are broken. The work describes some of the consequences of these heightened states - both depression and elation. It links directly to my work in, 'The Berlin Shadow' and 'The Pull of Negative Gravity ' about suicide.
