Abstract
This document sets out the framework for the evaluation of the Essex Data Platform (formerly DPaRS). This report was submitted at the early stages of the ED programme evaluation at the early stages of the programme planning and intervention, and has informed the gathering of measures and methodology of evaluation for the whole programme. It has been revised and updated in the Essex Data Platform: Data collection Plan document.
