Abstract
In this paper, a novel sequence design algorithm under spectrum hole constraint is proposed which generates sequences resilient to time delays and Doppler shifts. In practical applications, it is desirable to have sequences with not only low ambiguity function (AF) in certain delay-algorithm combines energy gradient method and Hu-Liu (HL) algorithm to jointly optimize AF and PAPR.
