Abstract
This paper presents two new constructions of mutually orthogonal complementary sets (MOCSs), which have found wide applications in engineering. The first is a direct method utilizing extended generalized Boolean functions (EGBFs) to generate MOCSs with flexible, non-power-of-Two lengths. This method can also produce complete complementary codes (CCCs) and is well-suited for hardware implementation. The second is an indirect method that combines existing complementary sequence sets (CSSs) and MOCSs to create larger sets. To further expand the existence space of MOCSs, we also propose a novel direct construction method for CSSs.
